Your new role • Supporting daily trading system readiness and ensuring optimal platform performance before the market opens. • Monitoring intraday order flow and electronic execution activity across regional equity markets. • Managing trading exceptions, incidents, and escalations while coordinating with internal technology and operational teams to resolve issues efficiently. • Working closely with Technology, Compliance, Trade Surveillance, Operations, and other stakeholders to deliver best-in-class client support. • Supporting trading account setup, client onboarding activities, and trading limit configurations. • Conducting analysis of trading data and helping identify process improvement and automation opportunities. • Responding to client enquiries and assisting with information requests from exchanges, regulators, and internal control functions. • Monitoring market developments, trading activity, and associated risks within a highly regulated environment. • Contributing to risk management, controls, and strategic technology initiatives that enhance the client trading experience.
