Job Description

Key Responsibilities • Act as the primary face of the platform to the secondary market. Proactively pitch, market, and place trade finance asset portfolios to commercial banks, private credit funds, and family offices • .Manage the entire relationship lifecycle of institutional buyers. Lead the negotiation and implementation of Master Risk Participation Agreements (MRPAs) and coordinate with internal compliance to complete reciprocal KYC/onboarding • .Review the platform's daily origination pipeline, identify pools of trade assets (receivables, supply chain finance, letters of credit), and strategically package them to match the specific geographic, currency, and risk appetites of different buying banks • .Own the post-trade operational flow. Coordinate the transfer of underlying asset data, verify that trade documentation (invoices, bills of lading) matches investor requirements, and manage the funding settlement process • .Act as the single point of contact for buying institutions regarding asset performance.
