Our client is a well-known company in HK and they are looking for a E&M Team Lead to cope with their business. Key Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure construction works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. • Promote and maintain a strong safety culture by implementing site safety measures and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. • Liaise with contractors, tradesmen, suppliers, and project team members to facilitate smooth coordination and timely completion of works. • Track site progress, document daily activities, and promptly address technical, operational, or safety-related challenges that may impact project delivery. • Conduct regular inspections to verify workmanship and material quality while supporting project planning and schedule control activities.
