For more information, visit www.griffithfoods.com. • Handle customer service activities, including order processing, invoicing, delivery, import and export flows and logistics and warehousing management. • Manage order fulfilment in accordance with the ordering flow and ordering systems. • Manage office administration to ensure operations efficiency. • Facilitates new product production/ needs through coordination with sales managers and production plants. • Coordinate and analyse sales forecasts to support supply planning and customer service execution. • Work with Finance on accounting matters including invoices, debit notes and accounts receivable to facilitate payment collection. • Handle customer complaints and coordinate timely resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
