Job Description • Partner with colleagues under Process Management Team to enhance/improve operational process in agreement with IT and BU whilst governing the operation process at the global level; • Investigate issues and propose solutions, plan to deploy the solution and coordinate to gain the consensus from the relevant parties; • Draft the proposed solution and coordinate with IT to deliver the solution for BU; ensure the deliverables to be rolled out within the agreed timeline; • Monitor KPI indicators determined with IT, continuously examine ways to provide data in a better UI to meet the changing environment, verify the newly released features from vendors and measure the ROI; • Act as project leader to draft, review and confirm project plan, project progress and propose solutions to avoid delay/risks; update and announce the guideline or process to our Global Internal clients Show More
