Your new role • Lead complex transformation and technology projects from initiation through implementation and post-production support. • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, governance, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle. • Collaborate with business users, technology teams, and external vendors to define requirements and deliver effective solutions. • Drive the successful delivery of AI, automation, and digital initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives. • Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions, testing activities, user training, and change management efforts. • Support the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies to improve business processes and operational effectiveness. • Ensure solutions meet business, regulatory, security, and operational requirements. • Provide regular project updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
