Job Description

What will you do? • Strategic Channel Management: Lead the day-to-day management and handle sales operation of both B2C and B2B channel partner and distributor accounts to drive sell-through, maximize Sony sales share, shelf presence, and enhance brand activation in the retail space. • Corporate Account Development (B2B): Proactively cultivate and manage a portfolio of key B2B system integrators / corporate clients. Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand Sony’s footprint in the corporate solutions market. • Strategic Planning & Execution: Assist in developing and implementing channel sales strategies that align with Sony’s regional growth objectives. • Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis on market trends, competitor activities, and channel performance to provide actionable insights that capture market share. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact between internal marketing, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless "customer-first" experience for all partners. • Performance Optimization: Track and report on key KPIs, providing data-backed recommendations to optimize sales performance and program profitability.
