Commercial · Fully accountable for driving sales and profitability of responsible category. · Own P&L for assigned categories, including sales, margin, inventory, and growth targets · Monitor KPIs and take timely action to optimize performance and ensure optimal product mix · Strategic manage product assortment to meet customer needs and the Company positioning · Drive and close negotiations with new suppliers on products, placement, pricing, promotions, brand supports. · Create calendar to strategic promote products by season, holiday, event etc.
