JOB SUMMARY The Regional Merchandising Director will be mandated to transform and future-proof the merchandising function across the region — ensuring the long-term commercial sustainability of the business, anticipating and responding to evolving customer expectations, and embedding technology and process innovation across the end-to-end buying and merchandising lifecycle. This is a strategic, change-oriented mandate layered on top of the core disciplines of merchandise planning, buying governance, and inventory productivity across both multi-brand and mono-brand formats.
