HRIS Workday Analyst (leading global investment bank) – up to $HK 75,000

Job Description

Summary of the role and key responsibilities • Administer and optimize Workday HR modules including core HCM capabilities such as: • Employee lifecycle (hire, transfer, promotion, termination) • Roles, organizations, assignments, and supervisory structures • Compensation structures (as applicable), benefits configuration (as applicable), and related HR processes • Manage HRIS configuration and change requests: • Translate business requirements into Workday configuration/workflows • Maintain configuration documentation, test plans, and release notes • Own integrations and data flows between Workday and enterprise systems (as applicable), such as: • Identity management, payroll, time tracking, data warehouses, and HR reporting tools • Partner with HR and stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions to ensure compliant and consistent processes. • Coordinate testing and release management: • UAT support, issue tracking, and controlled deployments • Support business cutovers and post-release validation • Ensure data quality and governance: • Data integrity, security, permissions, and audit readiness • Monitoring of integrations, alerts, and system health • Produce and support Workday reports and analytics: • Workday Studio (if applicable), calculated fields, report/tenant reports, and dashboards • Provide operational support: • Investigate incidents, troubleshoot HRIS issues, and drive resolution with vendors/IT partners when needed • Contribute to continuous improvement: • Automate manual steps where possible • Recommend enhancements to workflows, controls, and user experience Show More
