Senior Manager (Policy and Business Innovation)

Job Description

The Job • Support the development and execution of corporate strategies, business plans and strategic initiatives to drive organisational growth and long-term development. • Conduct policy, market, industry and environmental research to identify emerging trends, opportunities and risks, and provide strategic insights to management. • Monitor organisational performance and facilitate the implementation of key corporate priorities and cross-functional initiatives. • Lead sustainability and innovation initiatives, including performance monitoring, benchmarking, reporting and continuous improvement efforts. • Drive applied research projects and establish partnerships with universities, research institutions and other external stakeholders to support organisational development and future growth. • Translate research findings and strategic insights into practical recommendations, pilot projects, service enhancements and new business opportunities. • Prepare high-quality analyses, management reports, briefing papers and presentation materials for senior management and Board consideration. • Lead a small team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver strategic, sustainability and innovation objectives.
