Job Description

What this job involves: • Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of all school facilities, including academic buildings, sport complexes, dormitories (if applicable), and grounds • Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, security and building automation systems • Lead a team of in-house technicians and coordinate with external contractors for specialized services • Develop and implemented preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime • Ensure full compliance with location regulations, health & safety standards, and international school accreditation requirements • Manage facility-related budgets, vendor contracts and service-level agreements • Respond promptly to emergency situations (e.g. power outages, water leaks, security incidents) Show More
