The ideal candidate will have retail operation management experience. The candidate should be strong communication skill to work cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in luxury retail fields. Responsibilities • Lead and support market Sales and Operations team to ensure the delivery of a successful and effective on-boarding process for all new starters in region. • Lead and coach market Sales and Operations team to ensure that all retail teams are fully trained on all selling tools, systems and initiatives. • Nneed and supports ongoing up-skilling and growth of the local team. • Ensure transparency of information amongst team, be the key point of contact for delivering communication and act a a source of truth. • Work with key stakeholders in market to ensure their operational requests are met. • Work with the Global Sales Operations teams to identify and eliminate sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies, with the aim of enhancing sales productivity. • Be responsible for the local Stylist Affiliate strategy and manage through team
