About the Company Our client is a Global Proprietary Trading Firm and Market Maker known for its technology-driven approach, operational excellence, and strong presence across international markets. As part of their continued growth in APAC, they are looking to hire high-calibre Operations Specialists as new headcounts to join their Hong Kong team. Key Responsibilities • Perform daily trade, cash, and position reconciliations across multiple asset classes and prime brokers • Monitor P&L attribution and investigate any discrepancies • Resolve trade breaks, settlement issues, and corporate actions in a timely manner • Liaise with custodians, counterparties, and prime brokers to ensure smooth trade lifecycle processing • Analyse end-to-end operational workflows and identify inefficiencies • Manage and enhance data pipelines supporting operational workflows • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness for reporting and control processes • Support onboarding of new counterparties, brokers, and market connectivity • Contribute to regional and global transformation initiatives • Assist in strengthening operational controls, documentation, and governance frameworks Show More
