Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Client Solution Manager professional to drive B2B business development in Hong Kong, focusing on large enterprise customers. You will own the full sales cycle for strategic accounts—building pipeline, creating executive-level relationships, and converting opportunities into revenue growth. Key Responsibilities • Own and drive new business development for large enterprise accounts in Hong Kong • Prospect, qualify, and build a targeted pipeline (CRM-driven) • Conduct executive presentations and C-level stakeholder engagement • Lead RFP/RFQ processes and enterprise deal cycles (solution positioning, commercials, contracting) • Develop account strategies, multi-thread stakeholders, and manage long sales cycles • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Solutions, Customer Success, Presales) to deliver tailored proposals • Track KPIs, forecast accurately, and report progress to leadership • Identify market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to shape sales strategy
