Job Description

Our client is a leading global investment firm and is currently hiring a hands on and technical Infrastructure Manager to join the team. This is a hands-on individual contributor role suited to an all-rounded infrastructure professional who can support a broad technology environment across on-premises infrastructure, datacenter, cloud, Windows, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, network, firewall, backup, and infrastructure operations. Key Responsibilities • Provide hands-on infrastructure support across regional offices • Support on-premises infrastructure including Windows servers, virtualization, storage, backup, and datacenter environments • Support cloud infrastructure, particularly Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure incidents across server, cloud, network, firewall, and connectivity areas • Support datacenter operations, including hardware maintenance, lifecycle management, monitoring, patching, upgrades, and vendor coordination • Participate in major infrastructure projects, including datacenter refresh, workload migration to Azure, office move projects, and infrastructure transformation initiatives • Work with vendors and regional teams to design, coordinate, and deliver infrastructure changes • Support backup, restore, disaster recovery, monitoring, and operational resilience activities • Maintain proper documentation, change records, and infrastructure process controls • Work closely with internal technology, security, EUC, application, and regional infrastructure teams Show More
