As a Senior Quality Technician –2nd shift Production Quality, you will play a hands-on role in ensuring our products meet customer specifications while helping strengthen processes across the plant. In this role, you will be close to the work inspecting products, analyzing data, and partnering with operations to identify root causes and drive improvement. Your contributions will directly support safe, efficient production and a positive customer experience. By reinforcing standardized processes and supporting training across shifts, you will help create consistency, accountability, and pride in craftsmanship.
