Unit Sales Manager, International Removal Business

Job Description

The Unit Sales Manager will be responsible for growing Hong Kong Removal business (Local and overseas by Air and Ocean). Achieve targets by securing business with new local customers and cross selling additional service and products to the current customers. • Manage a team of 10+ staffs and a number of subcontractors. • The candidate shall explore the Japanese and non-Japanese community in HK with particular focus on English speaking customers that need to relocate to Europe, Americas, Oceania and other Asian destinations. • Explore & identify new business opportunities and drive new business growth in the aspects of removals business (Local and International, by Truck, Air and Ocean). • Achieve agreed sales targets & business objective and enlarge customer base. • Proactively conduct sales calling, client visits, approach new and existing corporate customers and achieve business objectives • Responsible for the SOPs outside and within the warehouse facility.
