Job Description

Job Purpose: The Asia Proposals Team is part of the broader Regional Payments and Liquidity Sales Team, with the purpose of maximizing win rates through high quality multi-country/regional and global proposals written and produced on schedule. Job Background/Context: Produce highly customized written proposals and presentations in partnership with the sales teams as well as to keep the Proposals and RFP database updated. As a seasoned professional, the Proposal Writer applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge to contribute to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and workflows within their area or function. By integrating subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area, this role requires an in-depth understanding of how different areas collectively integrate within the sub-function, as well as how they coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and the overall business. The individual evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. This requires strong analytical skills to filter, prioritize, and validate complex, dynamic material, alongside excellent communication and diplomacy skills. Furthermore, the Proposal Writer regularly assumes informal or formal leadership roles within teams, directly affecting the work and performance of all teams in the area through their individual performance.
