The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, culturally diverse environment and bring hands-on experience in social media strategy, digital content production, campaign management, and platform engagement. Experience training internal teams on social media protocols and digital best practices will be an advantage. The position is based in Hong Kong. Job Description: • Build an effective social media strategy for each platform and suggest short-term and long-term goals that boost the overall engagement rate. • Manage Alibaba’s social media channels on a daily basis, including X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. • Develop creative digital campaigns that bring Alibaba’s company culture, values, innovation, and social impact to life, helping position Alibaba as a good company and trusted global brand. • Manage digital communications and content development for large-scale global events and campaigns, such as the Olympic Games, 11.11 Global Shopping Festival, major corporate milestones, and other high-profile international initiatives. • Monitor social media sentiment and online conversations related to Alibaba, its brands, leadership, business units, and key industry topics. • Advanced digital production skills including copy editing, headline writing and story packaging. Image, video and audio editing skills will be an advantage. • Develop paid social and digital advertising strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and impact across social networking platforms.
