Experience training internal teams on social media protocols and digital best practices will be an advantage. The position is based in Hong Kong. Job Description: • Build an effective social media strategy for each platform and suggest short-term and long-term goals that boost the overall engagement rate. • Manage Alibaba’s social media channels on a daily basis, including X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. • Develop creative digital campaigns that bring Alibaba’s company culture, values, innovation, and social impact to life, helping position Alibaba as a good company and trusted global brand. • Manage digital communications and content development for large-scale global events and campaigns, such as the Olympic Games, 11.11 Global Shopping Festival, major corporate milestones, and other high-profile international initiatives. • Monitor social media sentiment and online conversations related to Alibaba, its brands, leadership, business units, and key industry topics. • Advanced digital production skills including copy editing, headline writing and story packaging. Image, video and audio editing skills will be an advantage. • Develop paid social and digital advertising strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and impact across social networking platforms.
