We are looking for an organized, proactive, and dynamic Personal Assistant & Admin Assistant to support our Managing Director (MD) and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our executive office. Key Responsibilities • Executive Support: Manage the MD’s daily calendar, schedule high-level meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and screen incoming communications. • Administrative Operations: Oversee office supplies, manage document filing systems, and prepare reports, agendas, and presentation decks. • Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal teams, external clients, and stakeholders. • Event Coordination: Organize team events, and client presentations, taking clear meeting minutes and tracking action items. • Ad-Hoc Projects: Handle confidential documents, manage special administrative initiatives, and support general HR/office workflows as needed.
