The company is founder led and is investing in a dedicated commercial function. The role This is the company's first senior sales appointment, with responsibility for the commercial strategy and the team that delivers it. • Define the sales approach: target segments, proposition and route to market • Build and lead the sales team as the function grows • Establish the commercial rhythm: forecasting, pipeline review and performance management • Work closely with the founder on go to market priorities and market feedback • Represent the business with partners and in the market
