We are seeking an experienced Agency Channel Leader to oversee our agency channel in Hong Kong and Macau. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing strategies to differentiate Manulife, and leading a team of Agency Directors and other agency functions. Key Responsibilities: Deliver sales and recruitment targets for the agency channel Partner with product lines, marketing, and operations leaders to create positive differentiation Develop and implement strategies to drive digital adoption and grow high net worth and mainland Chinese visitors business
