We're looking for a CRM MarTech & Email Ops Manager who combines deep technical expertise with operational excellence. This is a hands-on, high-output role — you'll own the email channel end-to-end while leading MarTech platform strategy, CDP configuration, and data integration. You're not just executing campaigns; you're architecting scalable systems, driving performance through data, and leveraging AI to maximize productivity. Key Responsibilities Email Operations & Lifecycle Management Own daily email campaign operations: build, QA, deploy, and report across lifecycle, promotional, transactional, and triggered programs, with defined SLAs
