Coordinate daily shipment and delivery arrangements with customers, warehouse personnel, and freight forwarders to ensure accurate processing of overseas shipping documentation Prepare shipping documents, including delivery orders, packing lists, commercial invoices, courier service airwaybill and other relevant documentation. Arrange overseas shipments according to customer requirements. Monitor shipment and delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery. Track shipments and provide delivery updates to customers and relevant departments.
