Job Responsibilities: 1. Operational Oversight & Compliance: Familiarize yourself with the requirements of each security assignment. Conduct scheduled site visits to ensure Security Officers (SOs) perform their duties safely and effectively. Ensure compliance with operational requirements, company policies, and the Security Officers' Code of Conduct. Training & Development:Conduct in-house training and on-the-job training (OJT) for relief officers to ensure competency. Participate in the continuous development of security personnel through coaching and mentoring.
