The IT Strategic Projects team at HKEX is responsible for delivering large-scale transformation initiatives that are critical to the company's long-term business strategy. The team plays a pivotal role throughout the initiative lifecycle, from program inception and delivery through to platform transition and ongoing business enablement. The successful candidate will have end-to-end accountability for the delivery of one or more large-scale, strategic programs and portfolios. The role requires the ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels, balancing business priorities, technology delivery, regulatory obligations, market readiness, and organizational change.
