Technical Business Analyst

Job Description

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a key role in gathering complex business requirements, analyzing data, and contributing to the development and enhancement of regulatory reporting platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless system testing, documentation, and production support. Job Duties • Gather, analyze, and articulate complex business requirements clearly. • Participate in report and platform development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation. • Support system testing (SIT, UAT) and prepare technical/functional specifications and user guides. • Resolve production incidents and provide Level 3 business support. • Perform data analysis, modeling, and process automation. • Design and develop software components for regulatory reporting platforms. • Assess system performance and recommend improvements for software, hardware, and data storage. • Contribute to architectural expertise and research emerging technologies to enhance system flexibility. • Facilitate communication within the project team and stakeholders. • Coordinate contributions to ensure timely project delivery. • Escalate issues promptly to avoid delays and manage change processes.
