Our client is a leading investment bank in Hong Kong. They are looking for an Business Analyst to support a critical operation change project. Responsibilities • Structured Business Analysis: Capture and map complex "as-is" workflows and architect future "to-be" operating models. Conduct rigorous gap analyses and identify system dependencies across the APAC region. • Requirements Architecture: Gather, refine, and document clear business requirements via Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, and detailed process workflows. • Business-to-Technology Bridge: Act as the vital link between business units and engineering. Translate operational needs into technology-ready specifications, ensuring technical designs align with functional realities. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Operations, Front Office, and Technology squads across APAC. Facilitate solution-design workshops with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to validate requirements. • End-to-End Delivery Support: Drive the implementation lifecycle by coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), planning execution paths, tracking defects, and resolving post-migration issues. • Governance & Project Control: Monitor project milestones, identify delivery blockers, and maintain risk logs. Prepare transparent status reports and presentation materials for regional steering committees. • Process Optimization: Proactively spot automation, optimization, and efficiency opportunities across the post-trade lifecycle to streamline APAC operations.
