Job Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive deep-dive analyses across customer segments, agency channels, products, and business strategies to uncover trends and deliver actionable insights that drive business objectives. • Analyze customer behaviors, channel performance, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for acquisition, retention, cross-selling, and upselling. • Leverage advanced analytics to uncover behavioral patterns, digital interactions, and purchase propensity, while optimizing campaigns and enhancing channel productivity. • Explore and implement innovative analytical approaches and methodologies to strengthen insight generation and maximize business impact. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and ensure the seamless integration of analytics for timely, insight-driven decision-making in business projects. • Transform business questions into analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to drive decision-making. • Develop a comprehensive and efficient framework for end-to-end business analytics and data visualization Show More
