Role Introduction Reports to: Assistant Manager Hub Operations As a Hub Operations Lead, you will be responsible for providing services that exceed customers’ expectations, controlling costs effectively, and ensuring performance meets relevant KPIs. By engaging airport facilitation and service providers to ensure Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) hub operations are running smoothly, enabling efficient and hassle free on both passenger and baggage connectivity, and ensuring compliance with safety and security mandates.
