Job Detail • Job Reference S20106 Job Description Responsibilities • Lead and manage a team of Technical Superintendents overseeing the LNG fleet • Ensure the safe, reliable, and cost-effective technical operation of assigned vessels • Oversee vessel maintenance, repairs, dry dockings, and technical performance across the fleet • Monitor and guide Technical Superintendents on daily operational and technical matters • Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations, class requirements, vetting standards, and company policies • Review fleet performance, maintenance strategies, and operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement • Manage technical budgets, cost control initiatives, and procurement strategies for the fleet • Coordinate with shipyards, vendors, classification societies, and regulatory authorities on technical matters • Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions • Work closely with marine, HSSEQ, crewing, and operations teams to ensure smooth fleet operations • Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management to the technical team Show More
