The Digital Customer Experience Head owns the end‑to‑end digital customer experience (CX) performance and strategy across owned the Group’s digital platforms (DFI’s own e-commerce apps, webs). The role drives measurable improvements in customer satisfaction and operational excellence, including but not limited to Net Promoter Score (NPS), Perfect Order, lead time, reliability, and service recovery, while translating customer insight into scalable digital and operational enhancements. With the emerging role of Agentic Commerce, this role will be the COE to drive Group wide development on Agentic Commerce, in partnership with the relevant format and banner omni-channel stakeholders
