Job Description

• Lead the company’s global licensing and regulatory strategy by evaluating the commercial value of regulatory frameworks across different jurisdictions. Establish a License Tiering framework, develop licensing roadmaps and market-entry strategies for different stages of business growth, and continuously monitor global regulatory, payments, and financial industry developments to identify emerging jurisdictions and market opportunities. • Drive strategic partnerships with international card schemes such as Visa and Mastercard. Explore opportunities related to Principal Membership, issuing capabilities, and related partnership models. Support the development of the company’s global payments, card issuing, and financial infrastructure capabilities, while fostering strategic relationships with banks, payment institutions, and other financial partners. • Bridge regulatory capabilities with business objectives by supporting regulatory assessments for new products, services, and market expansions. Strengthen the company’s credibility, professional reputation, and strategic positioning among financial institutions, regulators, and international partners.
