We are working closely with this elite international firm in Hong Kong as they look to recruit an experienced Associate into their Investment Funds Practice. Working out of Hong Kong, the team advises fund managers on the structuring and establishment of investment funds with a particular focus on the private equity market. Lawyers in the team also work with the fund managers on secondary transactions such as buy-outs and spin-offs as well as refinancing and restructuring matters. The partners are interested in speaking to candidates with a Magic Circle / international firm background, with around 3-6 PQE. Candidates may be coming from London but a connection to or experience of working in the region will be a distinct advantage.
