Job Description

We are currently seeking mid-senior employment lawyers to join us and provide mid / long term support for our Fortune 500 clients: Responsibilities: • Providing legal support to HR functions and advising on employment related legal matters • Provide subject matter legal advice on employment law matters across APAC, including but not limited to, employee relations, workplace policies, terminations, and compliance with labor laws. • Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, severance agreements, and other employment-related documents. • Assist in the resolution of employment disputes • Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement effective workplce policies and procedures. • Provide guidance on best practices for employee performance management, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations Show More
