• This role can be based in our Hong Kong or Singapore office. We are seeking an Risk & Compliance Officer to oversee and drive the firm’s compliance function across Hong Kong, Singapore and other overseas offices (non-mainland China). This role will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust, scalable compliance framework, with a primary focus on Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Client Due Diligence (CDD), and risk management. In addition, the role will oversee contract review processes, knowledge management, and document governance to support the firm’s broader operational and regulatory needs.
