About the role: At Carlyle & Co., every event is an opportunity to create unforgettable moments. As our Event Operations Manager, you will lead the operational delivery of an exciting portfolio of private events, member experiences, brand activations, pop-ups and bespoke celebrations across the Club. Working closely with the Food & Beverage, Culinary, Events Planning, Membership and Marketing teams, you will ensure every event is executed seamlessly, from planning and set-up, to service delivery and post-event evaluation. This is a highly visible leadership role that combines operational excellence, commercial acumen and a passion for hospitality to create exceptional experiences for our Members and guests.
