Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Ensure timely follow-up and proper escalation of operational issues • Monitor New Business submissions, policy servicing, agent enquiries, and case follow-up to ensure accurate and timely handling • Coordinate with internal teams on pending items, escalations, and process improvements • Manage agency office operations, administration controls, and support process enhancement initiatives Key Requirements: • University graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in insurance operations, agency administration, or policy servicing, with proven people management experience • Solid knowledge of insurance operations and policy servicing processes, good problem-solving and escalation handling skills, strong stakeholder communication, service mindset, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
