Manager, Partnership & Affinity (General Insurance)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Drive the growth of B2B2C retail general insurance products distributed through digital platforms and partner ecosystems • Build and manage a pipeline of affinity, platform, ecosystem and corporate partners • Prepare business cases, partnership proposals, commercial models and launch plans to support business growth • Define and manage the product roadmap for retail General Insurance products sold through B2B2C and digital channels • Conduct market research, product comparison and customer needs analysis to identify product gaps and enhancement opportunities • Work with other stakeholders to develop commercially viable and compliant product propositions • Prepare product materials, process flows, procedures and product governance submissions for launch approval • Design and document end-to-end digital sales and servicing journeys, including quotation, application, payment, policy issuance and customer communication • Gather business requirements, prepare user stories, test plans and test cases, and execute UAT with internal users, vendors and partners • Coordinate launch readiness, issue resolution, partner onboarding, operational workflow and post-launch enhancement actions • Monitor partner performance, sales volume, conversion, profitability, customer feedback and operational issues after launch • Prepare performance reports and recommend actions to improve product proposition, partner activation, customer journey and campaign effectiveness • Manage ongoing partner communication, renewal discussions and continuous improvement initiatives Show More
