You’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring that products manufactured locally or supplied inter-market meet Hong Kong (HK) and Macau regulatory requirements, that claims and communications are accurate and transparent, and that our quality systems are audit-ready and resilient. Key Responsibilities Regulatory Compliance: • Ensure all the local manufactured and inter-market supplied products are compliant in terms of recipes according to the HK and Macau regulations • Ensure transparent consumer communications as key contributions to maintain trust in the brands and services • Develop a compliance platform by establishing effective procedures • Develop a compliance regulatory risk assessment with advice through training, best practices sharing and communications to ensure full understanding and awareness of compliance obligation • Product Artwork and POSM Approval (Content Hub) for product label, shipping carton, POSM, etc • Hospital Authority tendering and Macau infant nutrition / supplements registration Show More
