Our client, a well-established multinational organization, seeks a Real Estate Manager to support their regional development strategy. The role focuses on executing store openings, implementing brand standards, and building the property pipeline while managing corporate leases and landlord relations. Responsibilities • Execute real estate and development strategy across assigned APAC markets, supporting new store openings for franchise and corporate formats. • Identify and evaluate new store sites through market research and trade area analysis across APAC markets. • Source sites with franchisees, brokers, landlords; guide approval process ensuring brand standards. • Drive lease negotiations (new/renewals), ROI modeling, and financial analysis for committee approvals. • Maintain lease database, track obligations, and deliver pipeline/performance reports with market insights. • Coordinate cross-functionally (Construction, Legal, Finance, Operations) for seamless project delivery Show More
