What You Will Be Doing • Maintain and enhance the selling process of investment product and customer onboarding process, including system development and procedure updates where applicable • Support Investment related projects and change initiatives, including local/regional driven programs • Design and implement improvements to selling process of Investment / Insurance • Provide investment suitability training through new joiner induction and refresher training • Support the investigation and resolution of process- or system related Incidents • Engage front office to support their know-how and solution, including exception handling
