Background We are partnering with a reputable financial services institution to appoint a Head of Executive Assistant. This is a critical leadership role supporting a C-suite executive while overseeing and developing a team of Executive Assistants within a fast-paced, professional environment. Key Responsibilities • Provide high-level, strategic executive support to a senior C-suite leader, ensuring seamless daily operations and prioritization • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Executive Assistants, driving performance, consistency, and service excellence • Act as a key liaison between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders • Oversee scheduling, communications, and administrative processes with a strong focus on efficiency and confidentiality • Balance hands-on executive support with team leadership responsibilities
