Talent Acquisition Manager – Group Level (Ref: RL230726) This is an exciting opportunity with our client to lead executive and retail recruitment strategies for a dynamic organization across Hong Kong and Macau. Reporting to senior leadership, this high-impact role requires partnering with business heads to drive transformation and deliver exceptional talent solutions aligned with business goals. What You’ll Do As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will: • Shape Strategy: Develop and implement a forward-looking executive recruitment roadmap that supports short- and long-term business objectives. • Lead Recruitment Efforts: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for senior and retail roles, ensuring placements align with organizational culture and business needs. • Advise Stakeholders: Act as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders and HR colleagues, offering data-driven insights to guide hiring decisions and workforce planning. • Build Talent Pipelines: Proactively identify and engage top talent, leveraging market insights and partnerships with external agencies to meet both immediate and future needs. • Enhance Processes: Champion a seamless candidate experience and implement standardized recruitment workflows to ensure consistency and fairness across brands. • Drive Innovation: Shift the Talent Acquisition model from reactive to proactive, focusing on quality, experience, and business impact. • Mentor and Collaborate: Develop the TA team and foster knowledge-sharing across the regional HR community.
