Role Overview: As an Associate Director within our People & Organization Consulting practice, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, delivering high-impact client solutions, and leading teams to excellence. You will be instrumental in shaping innovative HR and organizational strategies that enable clients to enhance performance, navigate complex transformations, and achieve sustainable success. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Client Engagement - Lead and execute business development strategies by generating service ideas and coordinating across firm functions to deliver compelling proposals and secure mandates with clients. - Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop insights and responses addressing current industry challenges and emerging trends. - Proactively identify and engage with prospective clients to explore business needs and tailor solutions aligned with strategic priorities. - Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners to foster long-term business growth. - Develop thought leadership content and marketing propositions that address pressing industry issues and reinforce the firm’s market positioning. - Represent the firm at industry conferences, forums, seminars, and committees to maintain high market visibility and enhance brand reputation.
