Responsibilities - Conduct objective, thorough, and timely investigations into workplace grievances, misconduct, and policy violations - Provide strategic counsel and guidance to senior leadership, HR business partners, and line managers on complex employee relations matters, investigations, and disciplinary actions - Develop, review, and implement progressive employee relations policies, guidelines, and programs in compliance with prevailing labor laws and regulatory standards - Analyze employee relations trends and data to identify systemic issues, recommending proactive solutions and preventive measures to mitigate risk. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Compliance, and Internal Audit, to ensure consistent application of policies and fair resolution of cases and a fair, respectful, and inclusive work environment aligned with DBS values
