Responsibilities - Lead recruitment transformation initiatives in partnership with Group and internal stakeholders to streamline processes, improve hire quality, and enhance the candidate experience - Lead Contingent Workforce Management (“CWF”) governance and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations - Oversee talent acquisition vendor management and governance - Partner with Talent Advisors and HR Business Partners to develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies and campaigns, including campus recruitment and career fairs, to build a strong talent pipeline - Partner with the HR COO to strengthen employer branding and improve the candidate experience - Use talent acquisition analytics and monitor KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and support data-driven decisions - Contribute to other HR projects and initiatives, including staff events, HR audits, and ad hoc reporting
