This position will partner closely with HR and business leaders to ensure compensation structures remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with the organization’s Total Rewards philosophy. This role is particularly focused on job evaluation, job architecture governance, and compensation analytics, ensuring consistent job grading and robust salary structures across multiple geographies.
