We’re looking for a driven and resourceful IT Recruiter to join our team and help us find the tech talent that powers innovation. Role and responsibilities • Partner with stakeholders to understand and clarify job requirements for various IT roles. • Craft compelling job ads and manage postings across job boards and platforms. • Review, screen, and assess applications to identify strong potential candidates. • Coordinate and conduct screening interviews, and manage shortlisting for internal stakeholders. • Maintain and continuously build a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. • Track and report on recruitment metrics and activities to ensure process visibility and improvement.
